Delegating properly is a difficult task and to help them delegate acc urately, completely and in a timely manner, the 8 things for proper delegation are taught. They will need to lead group decisions, so they learn the 4 styles of decision-making to get the best contribuition from their staff. Sometimes, a consensus is needed to get total buy-in from the team, so they are taught how to achieve that. Being a new manager is stressful and covid-19 adds tremendously to that stress.
